The CRL Single-Use Double Bag is a safe, efficient solution for contamination-free transfer during aseptic manufacturing processes. It consists of an interior and exterior bag, which prevents contamination within the “ring of concern.” Single-Use Double Bags also feature a flange that is compatible with major Alpha port designs, making it easy to dock the assembly to an isolator.
Engineered for superior protection against contamination, Single-Use Double Bags consist of an interior and exterior bag, with the interior bag welded to the exterior bag for a secure connection. Once filled with components, these bags can be autoclaved and connected for filling-line production. Manufactured in the United States, Single-Use Double Bags are assembled in a Class 7 ISO-certified clean room.
