Single-Use Gamma Bags are an ideal transfer solution for manufacturing processes that require gamma sterilization. Constructed of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), these bags feature a Beta flange that is compatible with major Alpha port designs, including DPTE® XS Alpha Ports.

CRL’s Single-Use Gamma Bags are the latest addition to our Single-Use Beta Bag product line. Our Beta Bags are engineered for the contamination-free transfer of materials into or out of sterile manufacturing environments, such as biopharmaceutical production and drug-filling lines.

Once docked, Single-Use Gamma Bags provide contamination-free transfer of gamma-sterilized components into and out of isolation.

Engineered for superior protection against contamination, Single-Use Gamma Bags are assembled in a Class 7 ISO-certified clean room. They consist of an HDPE bag welded to a Beta flange that easily and securely docks to the Alpha port on the isolator. Once filled with components, Single-Use Gamma Bags can be gamma sterilized and connected for biopharma or filling-line production.
